Bedroom one is in the oldest part of the building and dates from around 1650.  It has wonderful views over Cornbury park and beyond to the Wychwood forest and sleeps two in a king-size bed. 

The bedroom retails its original features such as oak beams and window seats, and has ample storage with a wardrobe, bedside tables and a divan.

Bedroom two is in the modern part of the property and has views over the back garden and of the woods at Lee Place beyond.

It is equipped with a double bed, chest of drawers and bedside tables.

The dining room is in the nineteenth century part of the house and has wonderful views across Cornbury Park and beyond to the Wychwood Forest.  

The living room is on the ground floor of the oldest part of the house.  It has an inglenook fireplace with wood burner, two sofas, a smart TV with bluetooth sound bar and an Echo Dot.

Grammar School Cottage has a fully functional kitchen located in the nineteenth century part of the property overlooking the rear garden.  It has an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and is fully equipped with everything one might need for a self catering vacation.

For the coffee aficionado, there is a bean-to-cup machine.

The utility room is on the ground floor next to the kitchen and has a WC, wash=hand basin, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The property has a good sized rear garden which is laid to lawn with rear beds and a large patio area with a barbeque and a table with six chairs for outside dining.

The shed is equiped with a bluetooth amplifier and outdoor speakers. For those colder evenings, a fire pit is provided for use by our guests.
